Make complex systems easier to ship.

We’re the DevOps Cognified team. We turn cloud architecture, delivery automation, and modernization ideas into practical plans that teams can build and operate.

Areas of work

Good architecture earns
its place in production.

These are the kinds of systems and decisions we explore—where implementation detail matters as much as the diagram.

01 / CLOUD FOUNDATIONS

Platforms with a clear path to scale

AWS and Azure foundations, networking, identity, observability, and infrastructure as code designed as one coherent system.

Example focus · Terraform + cloud architecture ↗
02 / DELIVERY SYSTEMS

Safer, faster software delivery

CI/CD pipelines with meaningful checks, repeatable releases, container security, and a practical route from commit to production.

Example focus · GitHub Actions + DevSecOps ↗
03 / MODERNIZATION

Modernize with the tradeoffs visible

From legacy applications to cloud native services: service boundaries, discovery, TLS, scaling, cost, and the work of operating them.

Example focus · Microservices + Kubernetes ↗

Representative areas of practice. Our team is developing more detailed architecture notes.

Architecture case study
Reference design · Amazon EKS

A Janitor Agent that investigates before it acts.

We designed this Lambda-based pattern to turn Kubernetes alerts into a concise diagnosis and a controlled response. It connects cluster signals, recent logs, and workload settings while keeping write actions behind explicit policy gates.

01 / OBSERVE

Capture signals

CloudWatch alarms on pod restarts, memory pressure, and OOMKilled events.

02 / ENRICH

Gather context

EventBridge invokes Lambda to read scoped log lines, pod events, limits, and rollout details.

03 / ASSESS

Explain the cause

Bedrock summarizes evidence and proposes a response with uncertainty stated.

04 / CONTROL

Approve action

Policy checks and a human review gate precede any cluster or edge change.

Illustrative incident

A worker pod is OOMKilled after a rollout.

The agent compares the latest 50 log lines with restart history, memory limits, and the deployment revision. It produces an incident brief and recommends checking resource sizing or rolling back. Our team sees the evidence before any change is made.

Designed with boundaries

  • Read-only diagnosis is the default.
  • Secrets and sensitive payloads are excluded from model input.
  • Only allowlisted actions can pass the policy gate.
  • Cooldowns, audit trails, and a rollback path are part of the response.

About & connect

Clear thinking.
Useful systems.

Our team works at the intersection of enterprise architecture and hands-on delivery. We focus on cloud foundations, automation, secure pipelines, application modernization, and practical AI agents.

We explain the reasoning behind each design so the people building and supporting it can make the next decision with confidence.
